  • We provided 4 programs ranging from 9 to 20 children, aged 18 months to 12 years of age.

  • Our directors do it all. From assisting parents with paperwork or specific needs to making lunch and helping out in classrooms, our management staff goes above and beyond to ensure your family is cared for everyday.

    • Courtney Pohto
      Training and Account Manager, Willoughby

      Miss Courtney has 11 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She earned BAs in Psychology and Sociology from Arizona State University. Her favorite children’s author/illustrator is David Shannon, who always seems to make all age groups laugh. Courtney has a 6 year old son named Kaden, 2 cats and a chameleon. Her hobbies include drawing, painting, fitness/health/nutrition, traveling and interior design.

      Campus Director, Willoughby

      Miss Allison has 9 years of Early Childhood Education experience and has been a part of Little Scholars for 8 years. She has an Early Childhood Education degree from Lakeland Community College. Allison has three children: Zoe, Landen, and Alyanna. She loves yellow rubber duckies and enjoys reading and sewing!

      Campus Director, South Mentor

      Hi, my name is Mandi Gallagher! I’ve been working in the early childhood field for almost 10 years now. I graduated with my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Lakeland Community College. When I’m not working with children I enjoy spending time with my family, 3 dogs, and cat. I love taking my dogs on walks in the park, hanging out with my 2 year old brother, crafting, and going to see live music. I have a passion for working with children and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my career. I’m so excited to be a part of the Little Scholars team!

      Miss Meaghan has 13 years of Early Childhood Education Experience and a BA in Psychology from Cleveland State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband Aaron and loves to visit any kind of park to photograph nature. She also loves the beach and taking pictures of the sunset! Her favorite place in the world to go with her husband is Hocking Hills, the history and natural scenery is breathtaking!

      Something personal: Favorite childrens author-Mo Willems. Married with 2 sons, 24 and 20 years old. I love to do crafts and decorating projects.
