    • Ian Lewis
      Owner, Chief Operating Officer

I have been in the Early Childhood Education industry for over 10 years now, and what really drives me is the progression of our field as a whole and building the next generation of leaders in ECE. The satisfaction of seeing children and teachers improving everyday keeps me motivated to contributing anything I can to our community. I served in the United States Marine Corps, where the building blocks of leadership were instilled upon me. I earned a BA in Business Administration in 2013, and utilize my network and family as the ultimate source of continuing education. Being a husband to my wonderful wife and father to my amazing children is what keeps me balanced and blessed!

    • Moreen Mott
      Chief Program Officer

When I started Little Scholars 22 years ago I had no idea how much I would learn from the children. Childhood joy is one of the most contagious emotions known to us. It propels me to continue to use my educational background to serve young children and their families. I live in Mentor with my husband of 26 years and our three sons. I try and incorporate my love of reading and the outdoors with my passion for early childhood education. I look forward to serving you and your family. Hopefully we will share many memories together at Little Scholars Early Learning Center.

      Campus Director, South Mentor

Hi, my name is Mandi Gallagher! I’ve been working in the early childhood field for almost 10 years now. I graduated with my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Lakeland Community College. When I’m not working with children I enjoy spending time with my family, 3 dogs, and cat. I love taking my dogs on walks in the park, hanging out with my 2 year old brother, crafting, and going to see live music. I have a passion for working with children and I couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my career. I’m so excited to be a part of the Little Scholars team!

    • I have known the owners for over 18 years. In that time all three of my children have at one time or another been in their care. This is a family owned company and it truly shows in the way they care for the kids.
